    Our products carry an Unconditional Money Back Guarantee for a period of 90 days against defects in material or workmanship. Simply return the item to us within 90 days along with your purchase receipt, and your money will be cheerfully refunded. Custom ordered jewelry can only be returned for defects in material and/or workmanship. In that event, we reserve the right to replace or repair the item or refund your purchase price, at our discretion. (See Below for Return Instructions) Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any merchandise returns must be secured from our returns department. For questions about returning merchandise, contact Customer Service and ask for the Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment. Once a return is authorized by our Return Department, you should: 1.Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 2.Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3.Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses do to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
